Where it runs
The extension runs only on pages under https://www.youtube.com/, as declared in its manifest. It does not access or modify any other website.
What it does on the page
It adds a toggle button to the YouTube video player and, when enabled, applies a CSS class that makes the player fill the current Chrome window. That is the entire scope of its behavior.
Permissions
The extension declares no API permissions. Its only access is the host access to youtube.com required to inject the button and stylesheet.
Remote code
All JavaScript and CSS ship inside the extension package. No code is loaded or evaluated from any remote source.
