Windowed Fullscreen for YouTube
The video fills only the Chrome window, not your whole screen. Watch side by side with other apps.
What it does
YouTube's own fullscreen (F key) covers the entire monitor. Theater mode keeps the header and sidebar, so the video stays small. This extension gives you the missing middle: a true fullscreen video inside the Chrome window you already have. Keep Chrome on half of your display and the video fills exactly that half.
Features
- Windowed fullscreen toggle button in the top-right corner of the player
- Click again or press Esc to exit
- Runs only on youtube.com and touches no other site
- No data collection, no tracking, no network requests
- No custom keyboard shortcuts, so it never conflicts with YouTube hotkeys
How to use
- Open any watch page on youtube.com and hover over the player.
- Click the toggle button that appears in the top-right corner of the player.
- Click again or press Esc to leave windowed fullscreen.

유튜브 창 전체화면
유튜브 영상을 모니터 전체가 아닌 크롬 창 안에서만 전체화면으로 봅니다. 다른 앱과 나란히 두고 보기 좋습니다.
무엇을 하나요
유튜브 기본 전체화면(F 키)은 모니터 전체를 덮고, 영화관 모드는 상단 바와 사이드바가 남아 영상이 작습니다. 이 확장은 그 사이를 채웁니다. 지금 쓰는 Chrome 창 크기 그대로, 영상만 진짜 전체화면이 됩니다. Chrome 창을 화면 절반에 두면 영상도 그 절반만 채웁니다.
주요 기능
- 플레이어 오른쪽 위에 나타나는 창 전체화면 토글 버튼
- 한 번 더 클릭하거나 Esc 키로 해제
- youtube.com에서만 동작하고 다른 사이트에는 접근하지 않음
- 데이터 수집·추적·네트워크 요청 없음
- 별도 단축키를 등록하지 않아 유튜브 기본 단축키와 충돌하지 않음
사용법
- youtube.com 시청 페이지에서 플레이어 위에 마우스를 올립니다.
- 플레이어 오른쪽 위에 나타나는 토글 버튼을 클릭합니다.
- 한 번 더 클릭하거나 Esc 키로 해제합니다.
