Summary

Visible Screenshot does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data. The extension has no server, no analytics, and no third-party code. Every screenshot is created and used entirely on your own device.

What the extension does with your data

• When you press a shortcut or click a button, the extension captures the visible area of the current tab as a PNG image held in memory.
• That image is either saved to your own download folder or written to your own clipboard, depending on the action you chose.
• The image is discarded as soon as the action finishes. Nothing is kept by the extension.
• No image, URL, page content, or usage statistic is ever sent over the network. The extension makes no network requests at all.

Permissions and why they are needed

• activeTab - capture the tab you are currently looking at, only when you trigger the extension.
• downloads - save the captured image to your download folder.
• scripting - show the brief confirmation toast on the page and write the image to the clipboard from the page context.
• clipboardWrite - place the captured image on your clipboard.
• notifications - tell you why a capture failed when it cannot be shown on the page.

Children's privacy

The extension collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.

Visible Screenshot은 어떤 개인정보도 수집, 저장, 전송, 판매하지 않습니다. 서버, 분석 도구, 외부 코드가 전혀 없으며 모든 처리는 사용자 기기에서만 이뤄집니다.

데이터 처리 방식

• 단축키를 누르거나 버튼을 클릭하면 현재 탭의 보이는 영역을 PNG 이미지로 캡처해 메모리에 잠시 담습니다.
• 그 이미지는 사용자가 고른 동작에 따라 사용자의 다운로드 폴더에 저장되거나 사용자의 클립보드에 복사됩니다.
• 동작이 끝나면 이미지는 즉시 폐기되며 확장은 아무것도 보관하지 않습니다.
• 이미지, URL, 페이지 내용, 사용 통계 등 어떤 정보도 네트워크로 전송하지 않습니다. 이 확장은 네트워크 요청을 전혀 하지 않습니다.

권한과 사용 목적

• activeTab - 사용자가 확장을 실행한 순간에만 현재 보고 있는 탭을 캡처합니다.
• downloads - 캡처한 이미지를 다운로드 폴더에 저장합니다.
• scripting - 페이지에 완료 토스트를 표시하고, 페이지 컨텍스트에서 클립보드에 이미지를 씁니다.
• clipboardWrite - 캡처한 이미지를 클립보드에 올립니다.
• notifications - 페이지에 표시할 수 없는 실패 사유를 알려 줍니다.

아동의 개인정보

만 13세 미만을 포함해 누구의 정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
